African treasure!

We spent eight days at Chele Chele Villa. It was a wonderful place for a meditation retreat with lots of space for practice. Rooms and common spaces are authentically decorated, creating the spirit of real Africa. Every detail is thought out. The rooms are extremely cozy and spacious. Well maintained and clean. We enjoyed spending cozy evenings by the fireplace.
The Villa area is surrounded by a large garden with a view of Kilimanjaro. We were constantly watched by various monkeys in the trees. It was fun daily entertainment. The flowers and trees in the garden enriched our daily practices with their colors and scents.
The Villa staff are like family members. Every wish we had was fulfilled upon request.
We wanted vegetarian food. This request was met with abundance. Fresh, homemade food prepared with love and its variety made us happy every day.
When we came back from the safari, we were treated to surprises, a candlelight dinner that was simply enchanting and a barbeque lunch under a giant bamboo.
Every morning started with warm hugs and dancing. When we came back after a day of traveling we felt like coming home, welcomed and loved. We were lucky to be able to meet the owner of the villa, Aziz, who created an extraordinary atmosphere for the whole group, shared his stories, surrounded us with attention and warmth. Thanks to his funny stories, we laughed heartily.

Chele Chele Villa will remain in our memory for a lifetime. It is an authentic experience of real Africa, big hearted people, boundless spirit, authenticity, friendship and real family.

I've used Chele Chele and its wonderful facilities on numerous occasions, starting during COVID to safely isolate our safari groups from mixing with other tourists. This roomy accommodation is top notch and comfortably sleeps small to large groups with 4 double bedrooms in the main lodge and three spacious cabins. There are numerous sitting areas - both inside and out, a comfy lounge with roaring fireplace, large well-manicured grounds and a pool. The food is outstanding with a varied choice of menus to choose from for both lunch and dinner, and there is always more than enough food to satisfy even the biggest appetites. The staff couldn't be more attentive, friendly and helpful. Chele Chele is the perfect place to relax and acclimate to the time change after a long international flight or to relax and prepare oneself for the long flight home. Definitely Five Stars from the booking process right down to the finest detail.

Chele Chele Villa is a welcoming home from start to finish. Beautiful views, stunning garden, cozy yet very spacious villa and mostly the Chele Chele team is wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and the food is delicious.

Chele Chele is a beautiful house, to say the least! A fabulous escape from the bustling city! A small paradise where the food is just amazing and the staff, a wonderful group who made us feel at home, ensuring all our needs were taken care of. Definitely a place to come back to.

Chele Chele villa is one of the most beautifully maintained properties my friends and I have experienced since we started travelling as a group. The Villa has something to offer everyone. Beautifully decorated and comfortable clean rooms, a serene living room, a well-maintained swimming pool, a trampoline, a garden where numerous group games can be played, a patio etc.
The staff is warm, welcoming, and willing to help with anything one might need. Aziz was very responsive to the numerous messages and special requests we had as a group of 12 and customised his services based on our needs.
The meals were great!! Very well done. There were suggestions to have a fruit option after meals for those checking their weight ha! Kind of half fruits, half sweet desserts. Nevertheless, we all enjoyed the desserts, especially the passion cheesecake. It was mwah!
The rooms were very clean and spacious. The linen and everything were really beyond our expectations. The shared areas were also very homely and offered something for everyone. Kudos!
We felt sad leaving and regretted not booking the property for a longer period. We shall hopefully return with our children next time!

It was an amazing stay. Aziz and the Chele Chele team hospitality was exceptional. The house is an oasis of peace and cannot recommend it enough. I shall definitely be back. The food was amazing.

Très belle maison ancienne rénovée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût Parc et piscine Superbes et reposants ! Cerise sur le gâteau : le staff qui font tout leur possible pour nous satisfaire Un grand merci à Richard le manager qui s’est démené pour régler notre problème de vol pour zanzibar annulé.... Et Merci a Aziz pour sa prévenance ! Allez y les yeux fermés !!!
